The best location in the Carlos chain of restaurants.

My friends and i went in there around 9:25 just wanting to get chips and queso and the guy said they were closed even though the website says they close at 10. We go here all the time and we always go after 9. The guy said the kitchen was preparing to close but customers should always come first.. i’ve worked in restaurants before and we would always clean but even if someone came in two minutes before we closed we would still serve them.

Great service and food....and happy hour is Great! Half price drinks and Queso and great fresh salsa! Skip the guac and fajita chicken...both comes out of a bag....I used to work there many years ago. Shredded chicken is bomb....get it in taco or queso.

We have always had great service here! I enjoy the chipotle chicken burrito. The sauce on it is fantastic and I like the spicy taste of the chicken. We always love the garlic taste of the cheese crisp. Wen we go at lunch time they really go out of their way to make sure we get our food quickly. And at night they don’t seem to mind if we linger a bit. This restaurant has been a part of Marion for a very long time so that says something. It probably says, these margaritas are great!Parking is fine, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I guess the only con is sitting in the area next to the parking lot with all the windows. It seems to get cold over in that area .

Had a great time with family. It was worth the wait for a large table. Great waitress!

Carlos O'Kelly's is the food the drinks is staffed even now that they'rethey're dining room is reopened their made sure that there's plenty of sanitation available in the in the staff is very very helpful and in anything that's needed for you the customer

I’d give zero stars if it were possible. I placed a call in order and my daughter decided she wanted some food too. They had $4 pint queso for my call in order and they charged her $8.99 for a pint. I called and spoke with the manager and he said there was nothing he could do about it. He said that they can’t correct any online issues in store because it’s a third party. I asked him if he could provide us another pint of queso since she was basically double charged because of the sale and he said no that nothing can be done. I have been a long time customer of this Carlos. I had several parties, group get togethers and family dinners at this location. After this experience I will not be returning. Poor customer service.

We enjoy eating here. Food is always really good and the service is usually good. The last time we need to hear the service was great. The salsa is our favorite in town. Well done.

Never had a bad experience here. Chris is one of the best servers ever and the new GM was a great addition to the team and is present and very helpful. This restaurant is one of my favorites in the area!

Haven't been to a Carlos O'Kelly's in years. The food was great and the staff was very friendly.

Got the street tacos and a margarita. They were delicious. The restaurant was also great about handling a good allergy of mine. The margarita wasn't too sweet. A great experience.

This place has the best Mexican food that I've ever had nationwide. After traveling, it's always great to come home to the best Mexican food around!

One of dads favorites for Margaritas and their tostada supreme. Everyone enjoys chips and queso and salsa. I like their salads. Service is good and enjoy their special prices and deals to take the family in for gatherings.

Good food. Cinco sampler was terrific! Chips and salsa were great also. The only downside was there was not a lot of room for our large gathering.

Carlos has good food, pleasant staff, and a nice decor. However, for me the overhead lights in the central eating area are a little too bright when you are one of the side booths and it detracts from the atmosphere. However if ambiance isn’t important to you this a great place. Try it.

Good place. Very casual, but the staff need to improve communication with clients.

In short, decent fare, nice people, the dining area could use a refresh. We enjoy the food the most, basic plate of mexican food that is served quick and without too much fuss. Personally like the enchiladas and of course some cold drinks are nice too. Looking around you realize it needs some work, which simply happens over time, especially with a popular establishment like this. I recommend making an update a priority before too many clients find flashier places to eat.

Very weak drinks every time I’ve been here. And the food is ok but not really that good. I’ve had their margaritas and tequila with soda. They barely use alcohol. The last time I was there (about a day ago) to give them another try, I had five diet mt dews and tequila, absolutely no buzz or even a slight one. Don’t waste your money on the drinks and you might semi enjoy this place.

Pretty good serve times. The restaurant has a unique design and an excellent food selection.
